Shipping and Returns Policy
Deliveries
We process your orders within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Once processed, they are shipped no later than the following day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
All orders are subject to a handling period and bank authorizations before being shipped. As indicated on the product page, delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery delays are not eligible for compensation or refunds. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds Policy
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
- Return Condition
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded.

- Return the product to the address we will provide to you by email, by tracked letter only, and keep your tracking number.
- Please include your full contact details with your package (last name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and order number).
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We do not provide a return label.
- Milandrea cannot be held responsible for loss by post or theft. The tracking number is the only valid proof.
- Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will refund you via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days, or credit note for products not eligible for refund.
- Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, some products such as sleeping masks and hair care accessories can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
- Defective Products
In case of a defective product or an error on our part, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will cover the return shipping costs if necessary and send you a replacement product, but we will not issue a refund.
- Special Offers and Gifts
Items offered during promotions or as gifts must also be returned if they were part of the original offer. Incomplete items will not be refunded.
- Delivery delays and problems
Delays
Delivery delays are beyond our control and cannot give rise to a refund or any compensation.
When the 10 working day period has passed and you have not received your order, we invite you to send us an email to contact@milandrea.fr as soon as possible so that we can investigate the delivery status of your order.
If you have not received your order within 45 calendar days, we will reship your order at our expense.
- Order Status Delivered but Not Received
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. If the delivery tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a complaint with the police for package theft. Your insurance may cover the cost of your order.
